Strengths Paper

This assignment was done during the self exploration portion of the program. We had to identify strengths about ourselves and write a paper about them.

 

Sales Pitch Presentation

This presentation was done at the end of the first semester of the program. We had to pitch ourselves to our classmates by showing what strengths and great team qualities we could bring to a project group. This helped us get a better idea about who we would be working with during the program’s second and third semesters.

 

Team Building

Team building and learning how to be an effective group member took place during the second semester of the program. I learned a lot about emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, how to be a productive team member, and so much more. While there is no direct assignment related to team building, I have written many blog posts about the activities that we did.
